How can I rent?

Book online directly from the website.

How much does it cost to rent

The rental price for a dress is as quoted in our catalogue, for a 3 to 4 Day rental period. Extended rental options are also available subject to a nominal additional cost as shown on the website.

How long can I rent the gown?

The prices as quoted are for a 3 to 4 day rental period.

Extended period rentals are available, subject to availability.

What is considered damage?

Regular wear and tear is expected from any rental (fabric stretch, loose threads, colour fade etc.). Any damage that is caused by negligence (burn marks, tears, ripped zippers, beverage stains) will be the responsibility of the renter. If the damage is minor and can be repaired, the appropriate amount will be subtracted from the damage deposit (to be determined by Rent the Couture). However, if the damage is major and/or is irreparable, the renter will be responsible for the entire cost of the dress.

How does Shipping work

Choose the item you want to rent, select the size and duration. Make sure that your item is available for your dates; select the dress, size and rental period. The dress will arrive at your door atleast a day prior to your rental period start date. The package includes a pre-paid return shipping label.

How does return shipping work

Simply place the item in the reusable packaging the item came in, stick the pre-paid return label on the front of the parcel and drop it off at your closest Canada Post.

Your item needs to be dropped off on the last day of your rental.

Do you offer in-person pick-up

Yes, In-person try-on appointments and dress pick-up options are available (by appointment only) at our Studio located in Downtown, Toronto

Are there any additional charges?

There is no additional fee. However, if you bring the dress extremely dirty we will charge a dry cleaning fee depending on the condition of the dress. Just ensure you take care of the dress and minor dirt stains are okay and cleaning fee is on us.
